I lead Thrive's critical security incident operations, acting as the central commander for our most complex cyber events. As the single point of accountability, I guide multi-team efforts under pressure and serve as the trusted advisor to client executives. My role is to translate complex threat data into clear business impact, providing real-time risk assessments to ensure informed decision-making at the highest levels.

Detective, Bergenfield Police Department

A decade as a senior detective conducting comprehensive investigations into complex cases including digital forensics, financial crimes, and cyber threats. Worked million-dollar fraud cases using OSINT and blockchain analysis, and coordinated with FBI and federal partners on multi-jurisdictional matters.

U.S. Marine Corps

Staff Sergeant

Served as a Staff Sergeant in the Marine Corps across three tours in Iraq, leading teams that scaled from a handful of Marines to a full platoon across domestic and international deployments. Each tour brought more responsibility and accelerated promotions. The experience set the foundation for every leadership role since.
